  • Usage Data & Cookies: Telemetry data, API request volumes, error logs, and cookies used for authentication and service optimization. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser.

2. AI Models and Your Data

Pulsbase automatically generates embeddings using edge models. We do not use your customer data to train our foundational models, nor do we sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Retention and Sub-Processors

We retain your personal data and database backups for as long as your account is active, and for up to 30 days following account deletion to prevent accidental data loss. We utilize the following trusted sub-processors:

  • Global Edge Cloud Provider: Global Anycast hosting, edge computing, database storage, and object lake storage.
  • Flutterwave: Secure payment processing and subscription billing.

4. Your Data Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
