Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 19, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pulsbase edge database platform, APIs, and SDKs provided by Pulsbase Inc. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account or using our API, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization.

2. Service Provision & Uptime

We strive to ensure 99.99% uptime for our paid tiers. However, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of the Service with reasonable notice.

3. Data Ownership and Intellectual Property

You own your data. We claim no intellectual property rights over the data, schemas, or material you store in your Pulsbase databases. We strictly act as a processor of the data you provide to the service.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Store or distribute illegal, infringing, or malicious content.
  • Attempt to circumvent billing mechanisms or limits.
  • Perform denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or deliberately overload the edge nodes.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.

5. Billing & Payments

Fees are calculated based on storage, read/write operations, and embedding tokens used. Subscriptions and payments are securely processed by our authorized payment provider, Flutterwave. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account. Unpaid accounts may be suspended after 15 days of notice.

6. Termination and Account Deletion

You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard. Upon cancellation, your active subscription will not renew. If you explicitly request account deletion, all customer data (including databases and files) will be permanently deleted from our primary systems within 72 hours, and from our encrypted backups within 30 days.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulsbase Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
